Returns & Refunds 🐾

We want every product Beau picks to be a hit with your dog. If you're not completely satisfied we're here to help.

You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return or refund.

We accept returns on items that are:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging where applicable
• Accompanied by your order number

We are unable to accept returns on:

• Items that have been used or worn by your pet
• Treat and supplement products (for safety reasons)
• Items marked Final Sale

To start a return please email us at hello@beausworld.com with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you'd like to return
• Reason for return and a photo if the item arrived damaged

We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Once your return is approved:

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product please email hello@beausworld.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no return needed.
